Here
are the French Fifi Award winners 2014, fresh from the oven before I go to
sleep…
I
am particularly pleased that the jury I belong to rewarded Comme des Garçons: I
feel we fulfilled our mission, which is to single out the true originals.
I
was also touched to hear Jean-Claude Ellena, collecting his award for Jour d’Hermès, say that Hermès chose “a
French accent” over attempting to speak some sort of Esperanto aiming to please
international markets. But
I am also quite puzzled by an olfactory world where Jour and Invictus can
share a podium: can you imagine a woman wearing the former falling in love with
a man wearing the latter?

"Super Playboy" Oh, boy, I am going to laugh about that all day.
RépondreSupprimerI clearly don't shop in the right places. I didn't even know such a thing existed, let alone that it was sold in France! Does Playboy even exist in France?
